With so much promotion going on for Beach Volleyball you can’t be blamed for having the image brought to mind of scantily clad elite athletes that have been training 24/7 for a pending game.

But, whilst there is certainly that aspect to the game, the traditional sand volleyball is still played by families, teens and adults around the world.

Diving is easier than on a hard floor making it easier on the joints, but running is a challenge for the legs to start. However, you very quickly get adjusted to that.
